Where do you ship from?
We ship from Houston, TX U.S.A.

What is your return and exchange policy?
All of our products are handmade with love by our team members. for that same reason, All products are final sale

We will exchange any size of our tees, beanies and moccs, if we currently have the size you need in stock. Please email us at info@CiaoCo.net since you must qualify for an exchange first. All items must be returned in brand new condition (not worn or washed, tags attached) before we send out the new size to you. All return shipping will be at the customer's expense. Exchange turnaround time is 10-15 business days. When your order is ready, we will invoice you for shipping. 

If you qualify for a refund you will receive it as store credit only (restrictions apply).

Do you ship out of the US?
Yes, we are happy to ship anywhere in the world.

How do I pay for my order?
You can pay by Paypal Checkout that is integrated through our site. Paypal is the most secure and you can pay using any method you choose. Or, you can pay directly through our website using any of your debit/credit cards.

How long will it take to get my order?

Our turnaround time is 10-15 business days. We ship First-Class mail* both domestic and International. Within the US you can expect to receive your package within 5-7 business days after ship date. International orders typically take around 2 weeks from ship date depending on location. 

Shipping method can be upgraded to Priority Mail by adding the Priority mail option to your cartl

*All packages have a tracking number.
